Ashiatsu Bar Therapy

- Increasing circulation
- Releasing toxins from the body
- Relieving pain caused from herniated discs and sciatica
- Elongating the spine to assist in bringing space between the vertebrae
Stretch Therapy
Often with repetitive movements, muscles will shorten and tighten, creating restrictions in the body. This prevents optimal performance in both sport and in daily living. Two methods of stretching are utilized to bring about structural changes in the client's body.
The Posture and Flexibility Method is used as a comprehensive system that includes stretching, strengthening, re-patterning, and relaxation. P&F is the safest, most efficient method to improve flexibility and was developed by Kit Laughlin. P&F is practiced by thousands of people worldwide, helping them prevent or recover from injury and perform to their peak, at work, at home and in sport, regardless of age or fitness level. P&F stretching is very client interactive, with the therapist ensuring that alignment and maximum range of motions are reached.
The Stretch to Win System focuses primarily in bringing about structural changes through stretching the fascia in the body. With fascia covering every component in the human body, by stretching it, flexibility is increased. With this method, the client will lay on a table and the therapist will stretch the client, utilizing contract-relax movements to bring about increased ranges of motion.
Stretch Therapy is effective for:
- Improving Circulation
- Correcting muscular imbalances
- Improving posture
- Reducing and eliminating muscular tension
- Reducing risk of injury
- Reducing joint and muscle pain and discomfort
